i have 2 weeks before i start training with my new team in college. i am super excited but really nervous so i am working out twice a day for these next 2 weeks to make sure i am in shape.
today’s exercise
10 minutre test
100 yard sprint (17 seconds)
43 seconds to jog back
repeat 10 times.
i also worked on my butt and abs too.
so i don’t know if many of you know but next year i will be playing division 1 soccer. and today my coach sent out the summer workout packet which includes running 2 miles in 12 minutes. today at the gym i wanted to see where i was at. ran 2 miles in 15 minutes. i wasn’t going all out but it was good to see my fitness level. i have 3 months to improve!
walking- 20 minutes (1 mile)
running- 15 minutes (2 miles)
abbs- 100 reps
stairs- 10 minutes
shredding- 10 minutes
today:
20 minutes- walking (2 miles)
6 minutes- running (1 mile)
5 minutes- stair machine
10 minutes- shredding
20 minutes- abbs/weights

40 minutes- walking, (2 miles)
10 minutes- stair machine
50 abb reps
30 supermans
total workout time: 90 minutes
